How does the process work after making a reservation?
- Reservation Confirmation: After we receive your reservation, we will contact you via WhatsApp as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
- Flight Tracking and Preliminary Information: Our operations center and your driver will track your flight using your flight code and be ready to greet you at the airport. Two days before your flight, we will contact you again via WhatsApp to collect your name for the airport pick-up.
- Welcoming at the Airport: On the day of your flight, our driver will greet you at the terminal exit with a name sign prepared for you.
- Transfer and Payment: Your luggage will be carefully loaded into the vehicle, and your safe, comfortable transfer will begin in your VIP vehicle. All payments are made in cash on board during the transfer.
How do I find you at the airport?
Our WhatsApp Operations Center will contact you immediately after your reservation is confirmed and also two days before your flight.
When you arrive at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the terminal exit with a sign displaying your requested greeting name.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked using the flight code you enter when booking. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you at no additional charge.
How can I pay the transfer fee?
Payments are made in cash on the vehicle.
Which vehicle will come for my transfer?
All our vehicles are equipped with VIP equipment, and we offer options such as the Mercedes Vito/Maybach, Volkswagen Transporter/Caravelle, Mercedes Sprinter, and Volkswagen Crafter. The most suitable vehicle will be provided based on the number of passengers and your specific needs.
Is there internet in the vehicles?
Yes, all our vehicles have free Wi-Fi.
Is there complimentary water during the trip?
Yes, free cold water is offered to our passengers in the vehicle.
Is there a child seat?
Yes, we offer free baby and child seats for families with children. Just specify when booking.
Is my data safe?
Your personal information is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Your reservation information is used only for your transfer and is not shared with third parties.
How can I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, simply send a message to our Operations Center via WhatsApp. Your cancellation will be confirmed quickly.
